• New PULSAR (PULse Sequencing, Acquisition and Ranging) technology for continuous, real-time oil and gas reservoir imaging - 3/11/2010 NEW
  Researchers at the University of Calgary have developed a unique system to image oil and gas reservoirs while recovery equipment is active, using continuous real-time technology. Reservoir imaging with this technology produces higher resolution imaging than traditional methods, is adaptable for use with existing well and pumping infrastructure(s), and is more immune to interference caused by scattering effects from rock and fluids.  read more
